What is included in a Portal subscription?

With a subscription to the Portal, you get monthly access to nine different e-learning courses for various project roles and the ProjektStegen project model. The courses included are Practical Project Management, Project Skills for Managers, Project Skills for Team Members, Managing Project Teams, Efficient Steering Committee Work, Agile Projects in Practice, Efficient Project Meetings, Negotiation Skills, and Introduction to Project Management.

How much does a subscription to the Portal cost, and what is the contract term?

A subscription to the Portal costs 99 USD/89 EUR per month plus VAT. You get access to the Portal for 30 days from the day you start your subscription. The subscription does not renew automatically; you decide whether you want to extend it month by month.

The minimum cost for access to 9 courses and more than 50 document templates is therefore only 99 USD/89 EUR per month plus VAT for 30 days of access per user.

What payment options are available for a subscription to the Portal?

You can pay for your Portal subscription by card. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.

How can I get a receipt for the payment?

You will of course receive a receipt for your subscription payment. The receipt will be available on My Pages in the Portal once your subscription has started.

Is any course material included with the courses in the Portal?

For all courses in the Portal, a summary PDF is included that you can download and save. The document contains the key points from the course’s different sections.

Will I receive a certificate when I have completed a course in the Portal?

Of course you will! For all courses you complete in the Portal, you will receive a personal certificate. You can download it as soon as you achieve a passing result for the course.

What can I download from the Portal and use for my own projects?

For each course in the Portal, you can download a summary PDF, your certificates for completed courses, and the reflections you have submitted. You can also download around 50 document templates, as well as checklists from the project model, that you can use in your own projects.

What technical requirements apply for a subscription to the Portal?

The following technical requirements apply in order for you to use the course portal and complete the courses.

Computer or tablet:
PC, Mac, or tablet. A modern PC or Apple Mac with at least 8 MB of RAM.

Web browser:
Later versions of Safari, Chrome, or a browser from Microsoft. The browser must be set to accept JavaScript and cookies and allow pop-up windows to function as intended.

Internet connection:
Minimum speed is 1 Mbit/s. Recommended speed is 2 Mbit/s or faster.

Audio:
Sound card and speakers or headphones.

Viewing PDF files:
To access certain parts of the training, you need a program that can display PDF files. If you do not have one, you can download Acrobat Reader here ».

How do I cancel and end my subscription?

When you start your subscription, you get access to the Portal for 30 days with no automatic renewal. The subscription ends automatically after 30 days, but you can of course choose to extend it in 30-day periods for $99/€89 plus VAT per month.
